Cancel your subscription

You can cancel MacWarden Pro at any time in under a minute. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.

Go to your Account page

Visit macwarden.com/account and enter your license key in the input field.

Click “Manage Subscription”

Once your license details load, click the Manage Subscription button. This opens the Stripe billing portal in your browser.

Cancel in the Stripe portal

In the Stripe portal, select Cancel plan. You can cancel immediately or at the end of your current billing period — your choice.

Your access continues until the period ends

After cancellation, your MacWarden Pro license stays active until the end of your current billing cycle. No access is removed until that date.

Common questions

Will I lose access immediately when I cancel?

No. MacWarden Pro remains fully active until the last day of your current billing period. You are not charged again after that.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Email payments@logicfusion.net within 30 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

What happens to my license key after cancellation?

Once your billing period ends, your license key becomes inactive and Pro features are disabled in the app. Your Mac is not affected — only the Pro-gated features are turned off. You can continue using the free version of MacWarden without limit.

I don't see the Manage Subscription button. What do I do?

The button only appears for active subscription licenses (Unlimited or Business plans). Trial licenses and one-time purchases do not have a subscription to manage. If you believe this is an error, email payments@logicfusion.net.

Can I resubscribe after cancelling?

Yes, at any time. Visit the pricing page, choose a plan, and a new license key will be emailed to you. Your previous usage history is not affected.
